arts matter....don't they?!

so today my good friend satanboy gave me a ticket to see evita... on stage...
done by teenieboppers... i know what ya'll are thinking... but let me just say...
holy mother of wow! these kids, were AMAZING! and satanboy said this was an offnight...
i shudder to think what an on night sounds like...
this was my first time at theatre aquarius... and man, that's a nice theatre... i wanna work there... (sending in resume next week!)
the chick who played evita was just superb... (wasn't a fan of her operatic voice... but girl's definately got skills..)
the dude playing che... wow! divine musical theatre voice... i'd see him again...
sets were great.. the lighting fitting...(this hermit would LOVE to work those lights...)and it was just fantastic.. i dunno what it is about live music/theatre...it's so alive... and when it's done right.. it's pretty spectacular...

in other news.. i might be seeing the dixie chicks soon!
super major shout out to jugss who offered to go w/ me... eventhough she's not a fan..(after i refused to go see pearl jam w/ her.. and i am a fan...she's a better person than i...) and meg, who IS a fan... and just an all around groovy chick that lives too far... (b/c had she lived around here, this town would've been painted red long ago) so i'm in talks about this show... i can't wait... however.. being crazy...
even if we don't get tickets... i may just go down to the arena to meet them.... tee hee
what else can i tell you? i'm almost done season 8 of friends... i start work soon... and monday or tomorrow i'm going to accept the 2nd job... while still looking for smthing in the arts...
before i forget.. another shoutout goes to my ebay bitch! she got me my book! you rock ebay bitch! hopefully one day i can return the favour!
and that's all she wrote friends...
