one of life's great adventures....

so the evening began in the midst of the first rush of friday night... i saw a friendly face in the crowd...
me: HEY JULIE!
julie: hey hermit, can i get a raisin glosset? oh and give me a call when you're done, i'll give you a ride...
me: awe.. thanx! how come?
julie: i have a car... and by the way.. we're going on a roadtrip!
me: whoohoo! where to?
julie: i dunno...
me: who's coming?
julie: you!
so after closing, a quick change of clothes and a water refill, we were on our way...
we pulled up just as monica was shutting off the lights and going up to bed... after convincing her for just under 34.7 seconds (b/c she had to be at work at 6:30 am), she hopped in the car... next, we called miranda, and BEGGED her... this took a bit more convincing.. but alas we succeeded.. and off we were... to go where the wind takes us!
we ended up in niagra... and went up and down the strip... and then at around 2:30am ish... we went to wendy's where things got just a bit out of control...
a sample of what went on (though we were laughing SOOO much and so hysterically... you'd think we were all drunks):
"monica's the new chuck norris! if anyone can break hair, she can!"
"funniest woman alive! i don't get it.. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA is that from a movie or a play?"
"chicken piece is that a new move?"
"i don't eat around monica to stay alive!"

so now it's like... 3 am... and we head over the casino... and played the slots.. me and monica had the best luck... and i finally won the most.. i won a jackpot on one machine and won 10 bucks.. but i gambled it away.. and finally left w/ $6.25...(which isn't bad, seeing as i only put out 5 bucks... ) and the clerk was super nice.. ken.. who had been up for 20 hrs..but was just a doll...
on the way home we were sidetracked to guelph... (BUT I DON'T WANNA GO TO GUELPH! WHAT'S WRONG W/ THE HIGHWAY?! HERMIT, PAY ATTENTION!)
so it's almost 7 am... i just got in a few minutes ago... and tonight was just one of the best EVER... i love my crazy friends! and i love their insanity...
can't wait for the next one!!!
