julie the psychic...
on wed. julie and i went to see juno (my 2nd time around :D such a good movie! alyson janney, so under-used!)
ANYWAYS....on the way home we're talking about julie's psychic dreams and how she can't remember them...(b/c she's psychic and her memory loss is actually a protective mechanism that allows her to lead a semi normal life...) and how these fragments came to her the night before about the evil and dark forces of satan taking over her and forcing her to kill....and she ended up killing this one chick...NORMA... so julie's going on about norma's gruesome death and everyone's denial of julie's bestial nature, and we both laugh at the absurdity of this, and we ride the bus down... (we took the 35 instead of the regular 27) and as we're heading down garth st. towards downtown, who comes on the bus, NORMA! alive and well... julie had a 'look' in her eyes... a murderous look!!! i had to hold her down, and before i knew it, she pulled out a machete from her bag and headed towards norma!
"JULIE! NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!" i screamed in terror! not sure what to do.... and somewhat perplexed at everybody's passiveness on the bus....
so what this entire experience has taught me, is that julie has powers and a machete that she carries cavalierly around w/ her in public...
ah... good times...

So funny I had to walk away from my office to not cause a scene...
That explains why my coat was covered in blood... and I keep getting machete cuts when I pull stuff out of my bag.
PS. my powers also told me that you would write this blog post. I'm happy to report it's much better in real life.
