the new year so far...(aka long post)

friday i worked, and then went w/ rachel and megan to see juno... great flick! hoping to see it again soon!
sat. didn't sleep... at all.. then i forgot that i had ALL my clothes in the wash... and forgot to put them in the dryer... :S but i decided to shower in the meantime, which resulted in NO hot water...
and then i had to head off to the good city...to see my one and only! after missing my bus and sitting in the rain for a while... the bus came... and i settled into my seat w/ my book and awaited the adventure!
it was great! we went for cake (her's was better, i'm totally getting that one next time, after that HUGE sandwich deal) and then we cooked... the yummiest food EVER! (of course it was great, b/c we're jugss) and then we watched dexter and then i headed home... to the hammer....
sunday i spent in bed... all day... i fell asleep at around 2:40 pm... and woke up just after 5... and i thought wow.. how could i sleep for so long! and i figured it was good that i woke up at that time so that i can set my alarm, but of course after sleeping for over 12 hrs. i wasn't tired anymore and decided to watch some movies... but i started talking to my housemate and this is the convo we had:
housemate (hm): well, you look like you were sleeping...
me: ya, i'm gonna try and get some more sleep before my shift.
hm: shift? where?
me: at work...
hm: when? (uber confused)
me: um... 11...(me equally confused)
hm: today? at 11?? where?
me:at the movies..where i work...
after a brief moment full of confusion...
me: you do know it's like... 7:30 am... right?
hm: no, it's pm.
me: WHAT?! is it still sunday?!
hm: yes.
me: are you sure!?
at this point i ran to my tv and saw that it was in fact 7:30pm on sunday....
good times.... ya... i'm special...
and on that note... i'm off to shower and continue my movie marathon..(x-men trilogy, i'm on the 2nd flick :D)
